Position Description:
The System Administrator is responsible for providing first tier support to customers requesting assistance. System Administrator is responsible for efficiently troubleshooting and resolving desktop computing issues. The successful candidate will possess:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Expert knowledge of desktop PC operating systems

- Understanding of fundamental TCP/IP networking hardware and techniques

- MCSE certification

Candidates will be required to demonstrate mastery of networking, troubleshooting, and communications skills.
